Inside Sales Representative, qPCR (Remote - West)
About the position Responsibilities • Attain or exceed assigned sales, profit, and market share goals while adhering to budgetary guidelines • Make daily outbound calls to key decision-makers across various accounts • Prospect and develop new customer relationships in the clinical laboratory space • Expand existing clinical customers' testing menus in key areas including Pharmacogenomics, infectious disease, and oncology • Develop genetic analysis market and product knowledge to deliver effective sales presentations • Communicate competitor activities, market trends, and customer directions • Implement a territory plan to grow assigned territory business • Use data sources to analyze and develop high-ROI sales opportunities • Support marketing programs and initiatives as assigned by the Sales Manager • Complete tasks and reports promptly, improving efficiency during key selling times Requirements • A Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry with equivalent experience - Advanced Degrees are a plus • 1+ year of sales experience preferred • A genuine passion for making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer • Preferably hands-on laboratory, selling, or related experience • A goal-oriented mentality and growth mindset • A positive outlook and ability to work within cross-functional teams Apply tot his job
