Inside Sales Representative II

The Inside Sales Representative II will focus on extensive outbound calling, emails, and social media engagement to sell Health & Safety products and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities Sell Health & Safety products/services and identify new business opportunities almost exclusively through outbound calls, sending emails, and use of a variety of social media, bid alert boards, etc Conduct frequent and regular follow up with prospects and install base, assign leads to appropriate Outside Sales Representatives Contact current customer install base to offer service, calibrations, trade ins, upgrades, and or set up an appointment with Outside Sales Representatives Communicate the benefits of H&S products with potential customers by providing product knowledge for initial evaluations Uncover new opportunities for territory representatives by cross-selling the breadth of the portfolio Follow up on instrument inquiries and recent purchases to get immediate VOC feedback, assist with Quotes, bids, and documentation Input data into CRM system including qualify leads and/or entering leads Strive to meet individual/team performance sales targets Work to keep Sales/Marketing Management informed of customer preferences and trends, and actions of competitors as a basis for recommending changes in strategies Be the key account(s) management/coordinator when required Train and mentor new staff members including development of outbound calling skills, call shadowing, and role play scenarios Other duties as assigned Skills Associates or Technical degree required with 5+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Support or related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Support or related experience Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Experience making high volume outbound calls Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Strong phone presence Active listener with strong customer service orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Motivated and energized by working in a team environment Inquisitive problem solver with strong technical aptitude Experience with a technical product Experience with Salesforce CRM software Experience with sale closing and revenue generating Benefits Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
