Your primary responsibilities will include: Acquiring new Capital One Business Card clients within a designated territory, leveraging your sales expertise and industry knowledge. Securing appointments directly with new prospects via cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales strategies. Engaging in phone consultations with business owners and decision-makers to understand their financial needs and preferences. Effectively managing the pipeline of clients and prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. Analyzing a business's total spend and identifying the right card product to meet their requirements, providing personalized recommendations. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 2 years of acquisitions experience or outbound sales experience, demonstrating your ability to drive sales growth. A Bachelor's Degree or relevant military experience, showcasing your educational background and skillset. 2+ years of experience working with small or medium-sized business customers, understanding their needs and preferences. 3+ years of experience in acquiring new customers in an inside or outside sales environment, highlighting your sales expertise.
