They are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Agent responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties, serving as a subject matter expert and investment specialist. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email, text Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers Assist potential clients with financial decisions concerning real estate Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond Cold Calling Answering inbound sales calls Skills Current real estate agent/broker license Strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality "Go getter" attitude Self-motivated, personable, and driven by personal achievement Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working in the real estate investment market Able to work 3 pm to 8 pm Monday - Friday and 10 am to 12 pm on Saturdays Benefits Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Flexible schedule Bonus based on performance Training and strategies other real estate companies won't teach you.
