The Role As an Independent Veterinary Sourcer, you’ll play a key role in identifying and connecting talented veterinary professionals with practices that need them most. You’ll work independently but have the backing of a trusted, nationwide recruiting brand and a team that supports your success. In this role, you will: • Source and engage veterinary professionals across multiple platforms. • Use your own LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite license (required). • Pre-screen veterinarians, technicians, and support staff for interest, location, and overall fit. • Submit qualified leads to the VSS recruiting team for client presentation. • Track outreach and pipeline activity using VSS-provided tools and templates. This is an independent contractor (1099) role—ideal for self-driven, entrepreneurial professionals who thrive in a flexible, performance-based environment. Compensation This is a commission-based opportunity. Independent Sourcers are paid for each successful placement that originates from their candidate leads. Payouts are made promptly after VSS receives payment from the hiring clinic. There’s no cap on earnings, and top performers enjoy ongoing opportunities and expanded collaboration.
