In House Sales Executive
Job Description: • Focus on what matters: closing deals and driving results. • Team handles all subsequent tasks after a sale is secured, eliminating administrative burdens. • Participate in comprehensive sales training to understand product intricacies and effectively communicate its value to customers. • Contribute to setting new standards in the timeshare industry by delivering superior service and support to clients. Requirements: • Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service. • Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization. • Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings. • Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc. • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays. • Possess sales experience. • Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence). • Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).
