Multiple roles; Job Description – ServiceNow / ITSM Developer SUMMARY OF POSITION: Seeking a skilled developer (mid to senior) to help build a strategic platform to improve IT and Business processes, in support of a federal client in DC. The developer will work with a team of ServiceNow developer/architects to help with the development tasks of the solution based on the integration of ServiceNow. Lots of room to grow. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing ServiceNow products. They will perform the necessary tasks to develop and configure customizations across ServiceNow functions to meet design needs. Must be able to get up to speed very quickly, be able to work both independently and as a productive member of a project team. The position requires the candidate to work closely with key client stakeholders and senior technology leaders. Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Source-to-Pay (S2P) modules. AREAS OF SUPPORT: Primary areas of support include: ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, · Project Portfolio Management – Provide enhancements to meet customer needs · Change Management/Demand Management – Optimize modules with more advanced workflows · Discovery – Transform data obtained through discovery scans to populate CMDB Ability to support additional areas as necessary.
