Hungry B2B Sales Executive – Close High-Value Clients Fast!
If you thrive on hitting targets and closing high-value deals, this role is for you. As the face of our company, you will own the full sales cycle — from finding leads to negotiating and closing $7.5K–$10K+ clients, with the expectation of bringing at least one new client on board within 5 days. We are a South African startup BPO helping US and UK companies scale by building and managing skilled offshore teams across Sales, Virtual Assistance, IT, Operations, and Support. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where your performance directly drives company growth. Communication is primarily via chat and email, with Zoom calls only for meetings. Compensation includes $6–$8/hr plus 5–10% commission per closed deal, offering unlimited upside for high performers. There is strong growth potential toward Sales Lead or Head of Sales.
