We are seeking a skilled HTML email designer (preferably with luxury-brand or hospitality experience) to turn our Winter Market Newsletter for Quechee Lakes Rentals by Portoro into a visually stunning, data-driven email. This is not a marketing spam blast — it’s a high-end owner communication piece. Think mini magazine meets investor update: sophisticated, modern, and on-brand with Portoro’s aesthetic (neutral sand palette, gold accents, serif headlines, high-quality photography). ⸻ Scope of Work • Design and code a responsive HTML newsletter (desktop + mobile). • Integrate real market data visualizations (e.g., revenue +7 %, ADR +10 %, occupancy –10 %, RevPAR –10 %, ADR range $200–$1,200). • Use provided brand assets: • Portoro color palette and fonts (HW Cigars, Founders Grotesk) • Quechee Lakes Rentals × Portoro logo lockup • Supplied winter and lifestyle photography • Layout sections: 1. Hero: winter image + emotional headline 2. Market Story: revenue trends with small chart or stat blocks 3. Local Events: 3–4 photo-rich event cards with short insights 4. Feature Story: 1 lifestyle photo + human-interest narrative 5. Traveler Trends: small list of guest behavior insights 6.
