HR Program Analyst
Global Science & Technology, Inc is seeking a Program Analyst to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The role involves engaging in Human Resource projects, analyzing data related to workforce training, and managing dashboards to enhance training programs. Responsibilities Engage in Human Resource projects such as workforce development and training Liaise with colleagues and other NOAA offices to gather requirements and plan projects and timelines Analyzing data related to workforce training engagement, gaps and new requirements for expanding the program or refining the existing training catalog Create status reports and manage dashboards Span communications to data analysis to information visualization Skills Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree (BS/BA) in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, Human Resources, Data Science Good communication and data analysis skills are key to success in this role Attention to detail, good time management, competency with Microsoft product suite especially Excel spreadsheets Experience developing and managing project and action trackers and visualization tools Smartsheet experience is a plus Understanding of government communications and planning processes is a significant plus Benefits Health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits Paid leave Professional development Tuition assistance Work-life programs Dependent care for full-time employees working 30-plus hours per week Recognition awards program Company Overview Global Science & Technology was founded in 1991.
