HR Operations Administrator Job Summary The HR Operations Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Elevate team, ensuring smooth execution of recurring HR tasks that are critical to the team member experience. This entry-level role is designed to handle high-volume, lower-complexity activities—freeing up Coordinators and Specialists to focus on more complex case management and process improvement. The Administrator will gain foundational exposure to HR operations while contributing to the overall efficiency of the Elevate function. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and distribute routine team member communications such as Welcome Announcements for new hires • Assist with workflow preparation related to onboarding, job changes, and other lifecycle events • Support case triage by ensuring tickets are routed correctly and flagged for follow-up • Conduct basic audits and checks for data accuracy within Elevate • Maintain shared resources and templates used by the Elevate team • Provide administrative support for recurring HR processes (e.g., open enrollment communications, payroll cut-off reminders) • Participate in ongoing training and development to build knowledge of HR systems, processes, and compliance requirements Qualifications • 0–2 years of HR support experience preferred; internships or related academic exposure considered • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures with accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in HR or HR operations Skills & Competencies • Accuracy & Reliability – consistently produces error-free work and meets deadlines • Customer Service Orientation – provides prompt, clear, and professional communication to team members and HR partners • Team Player – collaborates effectively within a virtual team environment • Growth Mindset – eager to learn HR systems and processes to build career progression within the Elevate team Location: Remote US Travel: none Compensation & Benefits: The expected base salary range for this role is $XX,000 - $XX,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
