Requirements: • Proven experience in HR compliance, audit functions, or documentation management. • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and documentation tools; experience with digital file management systems is preferred. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation and training materials. • Familiarity with federal, state, and local labor laws and HR compliance standards. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other document management software.
