HR & Compliance Specialist — SOP Development, Hiring, and Onboarding for Federal Service Contracts

Immobilaire is expanding its Federal Services Division and seeking an experienced HR & Compliance Specialist to develop our workforce systems for federal contracts. You’ll create SOPs, HR policies, and onboarding workflows aligned with FAR/DFARS and federal labor compliance. The role involves documenting procedures, standardizing personnel files, managing onboarding for both employees and subcontractors, and supporting readiness for DoD, FEMA, and GSA projects. You’ll assist in recruiting, screening, and onboarding field staff, ensuring training, certifications, and records meet contract and safety requirements. Experience with federal contracting, HR compliance, or government service operations is essential. Familiarity with EEOC, OSHA, Service Contract Act, and security clearance processes is a strong plus. This is a contract position with flexible hours, reporting directly to leadership.
