Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and strategic HR Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our human resources and payroll operations, serving as a point of contact for clients and worksite employees. This includes but is not limited to providing departmental administrative support, managing inquiries, and resolving issues by directing them to the appropriate department. The HR Administrator will support organizational development initiatives and ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to employee and client questions regarding the Employee Portal; escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management when necessary • Assist with client new hire onboarding; verify I-9 documentation and maintain I-9 files • Submit employee background checks on behalf of clients • Respond to client worksite employee employment verification requests and UI claims • Support client on-boarding and off-boarding (checklist & termination letter) • Assist with vendor management (Poster Elite, DISA, BLR) • Prepare weekly New Hire Term report and ad hoc reports as needed • Create and maintain client PTO benefit plans based on compliance guidelines • Work alongside the Executive Director, HR & Compliance to assist, plan, and execute client support services • Participate in departmental projects as assigned and collaborate with senior leadership on HR initiatives that align with business goals Skills • Proven experience as an HR administrator, HR administrative assistant, or relevant role • Experience with HR software (PrismHR) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of labor laws • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize projects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail This role offers an opportunity to influence organizational culture positively while working within a dynamic team committed to excellence in the PEO space.
