Flag and resolve order discrepancies before they affect customers. Communication & Support Serve as a point of contact for remote fulfillment teams and supervisors. Data Entry & Reporting Update order tracking systems and maintain accurate digital records. Prepare performance reports related to fulfillment accuracy and timelines. Use Amazon software tools to log updates and assist management in decision-making. Quality Control Ensure all virtual order fulfillment steps follow company guidelines. Proactively identify errors or inefficiencies in workflow. Contribute to improvements that enhance the speed and quality of order processing. Job Requirements This is an entry-to-mid-level role , open to applicants with various backgrounds. While prior experience in fulfillment, logistics, or customer support is a plus, Amazon provides training to help you succeed.
