Your role will reflect our shared goal of enhancing health care delivery and building healthier, more vibrant communities. • Support annual clinical quality review and medical record abstraction for MVP’s regulatory required medical record reviews for the following measures: • Controlling High Blood Pressure (CBP) • Cervical Cancer Screening (CCS) • Childhood Immunization Status (CIS) • Comprehensive Diabetes Care (CDC) • Care for Older Adults (COA) • Prenatal and Postpartum Care (PPC) • Transitions of Care (TRC) • Weight Assessment and Counseling for Children and Adolescents (WCC) • Review training materials and measure criteria for HEDIS Vendor • Knowledge and use of HEDIS Vendor Reporting package • Support the Quality team in member and provider outreach to improve overall Quality performance • Utilize remote access to obtain medical records • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
