Role Description Phillips Lytle is looking to expand our talent within our Municipal Finance Practice. • Represent a wide range of issuers and borrowers on sophisticated municipal finance/bond transactions on a national scale. • Handle federal tax aspects of both general obligation borrowings as well as conduit revenue bonds, including both 501(e)(3) and exempt facility issuances. This position is part-time or hourly contract and can be performed remotely from any location in the United States. Hourly rate for this position is $250-$350 per hour. Actual pay may be adjusted based on location, experience, or other job-related factors permitted by law. Qualifications • Experience in municipal finance and bond transactions. • Knowledge of federal tax aspects related to general obligation borrowings and conduit revenue bonds. Requirements • Ability to work remotely from various locations including Albany, Buffalo, Chicago, New York City, Rochester, Washington, D.C., or any location in the United States.
