Role Description This role involves ensuring the quality of patient care and improving performance within the organization. • Identify facets to improve patient care and the quality of care • Review and implement policies and procedures pertaining to quality and performance improvement • Develop quality metrics to identify best practices to leverage, identify problems quickly, and track performance • Train clinicians and educate team members on process and performance improvement and components on principles of quality management • Assist in review of all notes, charting, and design of Quality Assurance audits • Other tasks as assigned Qualifications • 2 years’ experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) • RBT certification • Experience with, and an exceptional understanding of quality management ABA principles and guidelines • Experience working with Central Reach • Ability to work cross functionally • Willing to have a background check • Excellent writing and verbal communication • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks Benefits • Competitive PTO • Paid sick leave • Health/dental/vision coverage • 401K with match • Support for continuing education including tuition discounts, CME libraries, RBT training, university discounts, ongoing mentorship, and paid training Apply tot his job
