Position Highlights Pay: $16 per hour with weekly pay Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–8 PM CT (no weekends) You’ll work an 8-hour shift within these hours Location: Remote work Perks: Referral bonuses, online skill-building classes, and career growth opportunities Role: Full-time, long-term contract with a friendly team culture What You’ll Do Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism Gather and review patient billing and medical information Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to federal healthcare guidelines Use computer skills to enter data and navigate dual monitors Work with insurance carriers to secure medication coverage for patients Balance multiple tasks and maintain accurate records What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 6 months of recent call center or customer service experience Tech Skills: High-speed internet at home and comfort with dual monitors Mindset: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others Bonus: Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required Ready to Apply?
