Process requests for assistance, including payment processing, and provide feedback on call issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes. Upsell or cross-sell relevant services or products when appropriate, enhancing customer experience and driving business growth. Qualifications and Skills: To succeed as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
