The Role: Healthcare Client Implementation Manager As a Healthcare Client Implementation Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our healthcare clients, leading them through the entire implementation process from initial planning to go-live and beyond. You will partner with clients to understand their specific needs and goals, develop and manage comprehensive project plans, and coordinate the implementation team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding and Relationship Management: Partner with new healthcare clients to understand their specific needs and goals, and develop a deep understanding of their operations and workflows. Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful implementation of our solutions. Implementation Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the implementation team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget, and facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal teams and clients. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure client staff are comfortable using our solutions, and monitor and track project progress to identify and mitigate potential risks. Project Documentation and Improvement: Document the entire implementation process for future reference and improvement, and collaborate with product development teams to address client feedback and propose enhancements. Operations Coordination: Coordinate with Operations to ensure go-live dates and project requirements are met, and make necessary adjustments to staff, equipment, PO boxes, driver routes, etc. Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills To succeed as a Healthcare Client Implementation Manager at Imagenet, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex implementations. Healthcare Operations: A strong understanding of healthcare operations and workflows, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare IT Systems: Experience with healthcare IT systems, such as EDI, and a plus. PMP Certification: PMP certification, a plus. Green Belt Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt Six Sigma certification, a plus.
