Health Coach & Outreach Connector

TO APPLY, FILL OUT THIS REQUIRED FORM: Location: Remote (local to Orange County) Type: Entry level, Part-Time, with potential to grow Radiant Heart – Heal from Within is seeking a Health Coach & Outreach Connector to support our clients’ health journeys and help expand our reach by cultivating authentic connections with individuals, communities, and organizations. This is a remote role (being local to Orange County, CA is highly preferred but not required). We are looking for someone who thrives both on coaching clients through holistic health practices and on building relationships that open doors for retreats, workshops, speaking engagements, and client referrals. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Health Coach, you will: • Support clients in creating sustainable lifestyle changes rooted in nervous system regulation, functional nutrition, and stress resilience. • Provide 1:1 coaching sessions (30–45 min) during client programs. • Offer compassionate accountability, helping clients implement nutrition, lifestyle, and somatic practices between sessions. • Communicate with clients via messaging/portal support for ongoing questions. • Collaborate with the founder to align coaching with Radiant Heart’s programs and philosophy. As an Outreach Connector, you will: • Building authentic connections with individuals, teams, and organizations aligned with Radiant Heart’s mission. • Sharing our core offerings (programs, retreats, assessments, corporate wellness, yoga therapy for mental health). • Nurturing relationships through outreach, follow-up, and regular communication. • Representing Radiant Heart at virtual networking events and occasionally in-person if local. • Collaborating with the founder to identify opportunities and strategies for outreach. • Tracking conversations, leads, and partnerships in a CRM system. As an Support role, you will: • Maintain Christine’s schedule, inbox, and communication flow with potential clients, partners, and team members to ensure clarity and organization. • Keep digital files organized; update CRM systems, databases, and tracking sheets to maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and partnerships. • Coordinate retreat and event/program preparation as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly. QUALIFICATIONS • Certification as a NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach) or currently eligible / working toward NBC-HWC certification. • Experience coaching clients in functional health, nervous system regulation, or holistic wellness is a plus. • Experience in sales, business development, or community outreach (wellness/holistic health industry a plus). • Natural connector who loves networking and building relationships. Strong communication skills. • Tech skills: Proficient in CRM systems, Google Docs, Word, and Microsoft 365. • Self-motivated and organized, with consistent follow-through. • Ability to authentically represent Radiant Heart’s philosophy of healing from within. • Remote-based; being local to Orange County is a plus, but not required.
