Position Details: • Job Title: Health Coach Dietitian • Type: Full-time, Remote • Schedule: 40 hours/week What You will Do: • Collaborate with members to assess, plan, and implement tailored nutrition strategies. • Use clinical tools and data to evaluate nutritional risks and create individualized care plans. • Provide one-on-one coaching and educational resources to support sustainable lifestyle changes. • Analyze behavioral health records and dietary intake to guide clients toward healthier choices. • Stay current with nutritional trends and contribute to innovative health solutions. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietic Registration Registered Dietitian license in State of Residence if applicable (you will be required to obtain additional state license after hire) • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist required. • Skilled in problem-solving, ethical decision-making, and patient education. • Compassionate communicator with the ability to work across diverse populations. • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a multidisciplinary team • Minimum of 5 years of experience with weight management, disease management, medical nutrition therapy and health lifestyle behavior change Preferred Qualification's: • Health Coach Certification • Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavioral change. • Managed Care • Exceptional Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Education and Licensing required: • Bachelor's Degree • Registered Dietitian • State License where applicable. • CDCES certification Why Join Us? • Work from the comfort of your home while making a real difference. • Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on holistic wellness. • Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and continued learning. • Schedule is M-F, standard business hours required with flexibility needed for member calls. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,597.00 - $101,228.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
