Jr Product Operations Manager (06112025) We are seeking an entry-level Product Manager to support and grow our Cell Surface Bio (CSB) product line, a part of Integral Molecular’s antibody discovery platform. This role blends sales operations, e-commerce management, and strategic product development, offering an ideal opportunity for a scientifically fluent, commercially curious early-career professional. This role requires strong collaborative skills as you’ll work cross-functionally with scientific and marketing teams to streamline operations, enhance the digital customer experience, and help guide the commercial strategy of the CSB product suite. What you will gain from working at Integral Molecular Drive digital growth by optimizing the sales channel and learning how e-commerce and marketing shape product accessibility and reach Thrive in a mission-driven environment with a flexible, hybrid schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance, based in Philadelphia’s biotech hub What you will do at Integral Molecular Oversee e-commerce operations by ensuring accurate product listings, addressing platform issues, processing manual orders, and ensuring accurate order handling Manage customer communication and sales support by responding to inquiries, scheduling calls, and overseeing quotes and orders for both catalog and custom antibody products Support lead generation and outreach efforts by identifying new leads through publication research and targeted outreach and email campaigns in collaboration with marketing Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to shape product strategy and uncover growth opportunities Coordinate with scientific, legal, finance, and operations teams to support timely and accurate product and project delivery Support product planning by analyzing customer feedback and contributing to pricing, positioning, and roadmap development. Bachelor’s or Master’s in life sciences (PhD applicants interested in transitioning to marketing are welcome) • 0–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, sales operations, or scientific commercialization • Strong written and verbal communicator, able to translate technical content into market-facing strategy • Comfortable using tools like e-commerce platforms, CRMs, Excel/Sheets, or basic analytics dashboards • Curious, analytical, and organized, eager to manage complexity and solve customer problems • If you’re excited to shape the commercial future of a scientifically powerful product line, and want to grow at the intersection of marketing, science, and digital operations, we welcome your application.
