Growth Lead - Outbound & Demand Generation (Remote)
We are a growing digital agency working with established ecommerce brands. We are looking for a Growth Lead to build and operate a repeatable outbound system that generates qualified sales conversations. This is an execution role, not a creative or branding role. You will work closely with the founder, follow a clear strategy, and be measured on output and results. Responsibilities • Execute cold outreach via email and LinkedIn • Source and qualify leads that match defined criteria • Manage outbound campaigns and follow-ups • Track replies, bookings, and performance metrics • Continuously improve messaging and systems Requirements • Experience with outbound or demand generation • Comfortable with tools like cold email platforms and LinkedIn • Highly organized and process-driven • Able to work independently and consistently • Comfortable with repetition and performance metrics Nice to Have • Experience with B2B or ecommerce services • Familiarity with CRM or pipeline tracking Important This role is focused on generating qualified conversations, not closing deals.
