Below are some of the awards and accolades that honor our commitment to excellence: Sunday Times Best Places to Work Award (2025) ‘Great Place to Work’ Certified (2022-2025) Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Consulting (2022-2024) Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America (2020-2023) Responsibilities • Oversee mail operations, including, receiving, sorting, distributing and scanning incoming correspondence, while managing and monitoring the company’s phone and voicemail systems to ensure timely responses. • Draft, proof and create communications content, as directed by Global Operations leadership team • Manage the calendar for firmwide events, including scheduling meetings, sending invites, collecting content and drafting slide decks. • Maintain and update Clearsulting intranet homepage, ensuring content is current, relevant and accessible for all employees . • Draft and distribute the firm’s weekly internal communications to provide global initiatives, policy updates, operational changes, upcoming events and friendly reminders. • Assist in submitting state registration and annual renewals and other misc. compliance items • Provide logistical support for company events • Serve as the point of coordinator for Global Operations leadership team’s ad hoc needs • Work alongside the Global Operations leadership team to streamline workflows, standardize template, automate processes and assist them with any ad hoc project needs. Requirements • 2+ years of professional work experience in providing administrative/operational support or event planning/management • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot) • Strong verbal and written communication skills Nice-to-haves • Effective organizational and time management abilities, demonstrating success in handling multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. • Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. • Adaptable and flexible, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced global organization. • Detail oriented and proactive • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Experience managing state registration and renewals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
