Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met for customer orders worldwide. This is an onsite position, and we are looking for individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain a positive, professional attitude. Key Responsibilities: Picking and Receiving: Pick parts in an assigned zone quickly and accurately, inspect and receive product, and prepackage product for bin/emergency stock. Packaging and Shipping: Perform packaging tasks, review pack lists to ensure correct quantities, verify correct parts have been picked, box product, and prepare for shipping. Customer Service: Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC, answering product questions, handling customer change-order requests, and investigating customer complaints. Inventory Management: Perform inventory counts, update inventory stock levels, and solve problems quickly and efficiently. Additional Duties: Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation and typing skills. Teamwork: Ability to actively participate as a team member to meet departmental goals. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to multi-task, change focus quickly, and solve problems efficiently. Dependability: Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success. Physical Requirements: This role requires: Regular Attendance: Regular and consistent attendance due to the need to access physical equipment. Physical Demands: Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions, spend 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete, and lift up to 35 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Flexibility: Ability to twist or bend, occasionally climb stairs, and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level. Flexible Scheduling: Various schedule options available, including 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM, 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, and 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
