Full-Stack Marketing Consultant Needed for AI Mobile App Launch (Senior Audience Focus)
We are launching a new AI-powered mobile application focused on emotional support, companionship, and communication for seniors and their families. The app is part of a broader ecosystem of AI apps under the E-Cyber Solutions Group. We are now preparing major marketing initiatives, including a holiday gifting campaign (“GiftTalk Cards”), user acquisition for seniors and adult children, and awareness campaigns for our voice AI features. We’re looking for a hybrid marketer — someone who can provide strategic guidance AND hands-on execution across paid ads, funnels, landing pages, and creative testing. ⸻ Responsibilities (Strategy + Execution) Strategy (High-Level) • Develop clear messaging for seniors and family decision-makers • Shape the value proposition for GiftTalk Cards (holiday and beyond) • Define target audiences, interests, and demographic layers • Plan emotional marketing angles focused on loneliness, trust, and relevance • Build the acquisition funnel from ad → landing page → app → subscription • Recommend channel mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Reddit) • Provide guidance on retention, activation, and subscription conversion Execution (Hands-On) • Build and manage Meta, TikTok, Google, or YouTube campaigns • Create ad copy, basic visuals, variations, and A/B tests • Set up landing pages (or work with our designer) and optimize them • Implement tracking: Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4 • Build creative testing frameworks • Analyze data daily/weekly and optimize CAC, ROAS, and install rates • Provide weekly performance reports with insights and next steps • Build and adjust funnels as needed • Help prepare creatives for GiftTalk holiday push This is NOT a “consulting-only” role — we are looking for a marketer who can think, plan, and execute. ⸻ Required Skills • Paid ads execution (Meta, TikTok, Google, or YouTube) • Creative testing & performance optimization • App marketing (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly) • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) • Landing page personalization & funnel optimization • Messaging for emotionally sensitive products • Understanding of subscription funnels and KPIs • Strong analytics + reporting experience • Ability to communicate insights clearly and proactively ⸻ Nice to Have • Experience marketing to seniors or adult children • Experience with wellness / emotional support / mental health campaigns • Experience with AI-based consumer apps • Basic design ability (Canva, Figma, or similar) • Experience scaling campaigns at $100–$1000/day budgets Apply tot his job
