Full Stack Engineer (Remote - India)

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to contribute to an innovative healthcare technology platform designed to deliver essential therapies to underserved communities. In this role, you will work across the full stack, developing both scalable back-end services and user-friendly front-end interfaces. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to build robust, secure, and high-performing systems. This position offers an opportunity to impact pediatric healthcare access, work in a fast-paced remote environment, and apply modern technologies, including AI/ML, to real-world problems. Accountabilities • Design, develop, and maintain distributed and scalable back-end services using modern programming languages and frameworks • Build and maintain APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems • Develop and manage relational and NoSQL data models • Implement security best practices to protect user data and maintain system integrity • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications • Conduct code reviews, participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, and optimize system performance • 2-3+ years of back-end development experience with proficiency in server-side programming languages (Python preferred) • Strong understanding of relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus • Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) and frameworks like React • Experience building responsive web applications for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience building and deploying REST or GraphQL APIs • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Passion for building innovative, scalable, and maintainable full-stack systems • 100% Remote work from India • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work on impactful projects improving pediatric healthcare access • Collaboration with a talented and passionate engineering team • Exposure to AI/ML technologies and modern web development frameworks • Flexible work arrangements and career growth opportunities Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.
