You’ll receive clear briefs, selects, and notes, then bring the edit to life with strong pacing, polish, and storytelling instincts. We’re after a reliable, collaborative editor who’s proactive, deadline-driven, and consistent with communication. Compensation: Project-based. Each assignment is quoted as a flat project fee based on scope, complexity, deliverables, and timeline. We’ll confirm details before work begins; the $30–$50/hr figure is an hourly-equivalent guideline for posting purposes and varies by project.Estimated Hours: Varies by project. Expect anywhere from 5–20 hours per assignment, depending on scope. Flexible scheduling, but adherence to deadlines is critical. Want to stand out?
