We're expanding our ASVAB Test Prep YouTube channel with short, high-quality videos that teach test strategies, explain concepts clearly, and walk learners through practice problems. We're looking for experienced on-camera video creators who can deliver accurate, engaging instruction and make complex topics feel simple and approachable. This is a remote, contract role. All work is paid per video. What You'll Do You will record short-form YouTube videos (typically under 10 minutes) using scripts and practice problems we provide. Videos will focus on: • ASVAB test strategies and exam insights • Clear, learner-friendly content explanations • Step-by-step practice problem walkthroughs Our audience includes learners at every level. Your goal is to make test prep confident, approachable, and effective. Examples of video topics: • ASVAB Scores Explained | What You Need for the Military Job You Want • Practice Problems for ASVAB Mathematics Knowledge Note: No editing is required. We're seeking creators who are confident presenting clearly on camera. Responsibilities • Record engaging, instructional ASVAB prep videos for YouTube • Deliver content in a clear, concise, and encouraging style • Ensure all information is accurate and aligned with current ASVAB standards • Maintain a consistent, professional on-screen presence • Incorporate feedback and revise delivery as needed Required Qualifications • Education: High school diploma or GED • Video experience: Proven experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, or similar platforms • Subject expertise: Strong knowledge in at least one ASVAB area, such as: • Math • ELA/Reading • Electronics • Science • Mechanical comprehension • Auto & Shop • Assembling Objects • On-camera skills: Confident, natural presenter who can explain complex ideas simply • Equipment: • Reliable microphone and camera • Tablet/stylus (or equivalent) for demonstrations/practice problem examples • Professionalism: Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or advanced expertise in ASVAB-related subjects • Experience working from scripts or writing instructional scripts • Background creating educational or tutorial content • Military experience (current or former service) is a plus, not required How to Apply Applications must include a sample video to be considered. • Application: Complete the application and candidate questions • Resume: Upload or link your resume (cover letter/portfolio optional) • Sample video (required): • Max length: 2 minutes • You must be visible and speaking on screen • Audio/video quality must be clear • No editing needed • Record yourself presenting this script: "Welcome to Study.com's Military Test Prep channel.
