Company Description Austin based tech company is hiring for a financial analyst role. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Analyst specializing in FPA as well as Compensation, People Analytics, and Workforce Planning. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing compensation data, developing workforce plans, and providing insights to support organizational decision-making. Other responsibilities include preparing financial reports, conducting quantitative analysis, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure HR and financial objectives are aligned effectively. The individual will play a key role in optimizing workforce utilization and enhancing compensation structures to meet company goals. Qualifications • Prior experience working in the tech industry is preferred. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting • Experience in compensation analysis, workforce planning, and people analytics • Familiarity with HR systems, data visualization tools, and relevant analytics platforms • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills • Effective communication and presentation skills for conveying data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a remote work environment Apply tot his job
