Job Description: We are looking for assistance with design compliance reviews for a global F&B brand. The primary focus is ensuring that franchisee/local site proposals align perfectly with established international brand guidelines, operational workflows, and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: Design Compliance Review: Audit architectural sets (floor plans, elevations, sections) against a global playbook. Operational Validation: Ensure kitchen workflows, customer "path to purchase," and seating layouts meet brand efficiency standards. Material & Finish Audit: Verify that proposed FF&E and finishes comply with durability and aesthetic requirements. Redline Feedback: Provide clear, actionable markups and written reports for local design teams to implement. Required Qualifications: F&B Experience: Proven track record working with major global QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brands. Technical Proficiency: Ability to review CAD/Revit files and 3D renderings. Eye for Detail: ability to spot deviations in brand signage, lighting (3000K standards), and spatial zoning.
