Our team is made up of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, all united by a shared purpose: to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: * Placing outbound calls to potential customers looking to refinance their auto loans * Educating customers about our products and services, using a conversation-based approach to uncover their needs * Answering inbound calls and greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm * Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that's always evolving * Guiding customers through the online enrollment process * Assisting customers with account questions in an energetic and spirited manner * Performing multiple tasks and navigating multiple systems simultaneously to service the customer's application or troubleshoot their questions and issues * Building trust and confidence with our customers, demonstrating a genuine commitment to serving their needs and helping them achieve their financial goals * Striving for first call resolution, taking true ownership of customer needs and issues * Owning your personal development to achieve job proficiency, meet performance goals, and stay up-to-date with the latest technical know-how * Building strong working relationships with experience partners to effectively problem-solve * Having a strong positive influence on peers * Communicating in a professional manner in all settings **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification * At least 6 months of customer service experience * At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 2 years of customer service experience * At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment * At least 1 year of auto finance experience **Work from Home Technology Requirements** * A secure home office environment that's free from background noise and distractions * A reliable private internet connection that's not supplied via cellular data or hotspot * A private network that's password-protected, with ownership or line-of-sight to every device on the network * Internet service provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP) * Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and don't meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions * ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred * To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test, and run from the Google landing page * Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met **Work from Home Location Requirements** * This role is 100% work from home * We're unable to consider applicants who don't meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories * Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
