You will also collaborate with our posting team to maintain data accuracy, provide updates, and investigate discrepancies. As a Wholesale Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work remotely after completing your training, with the exception of monthly team meetings. Key Responsibilities Extract and consolidate data from various auctions into designated Excel templates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Email auction data to internal teams for processing and posting, maintaining clear and effective communication. Review and cross-check posted data against original auction information to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Investigate and resolve complex errors in data postings, collaborating with the posting team to maintain data accuracy. Keep organized records of auction data, posting results, and any corrections made, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in data handling processes, contributing to the ongoing development of our systems and procedures. Support additional tasks and projects related to wholesale data management, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new challenges and priorities. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data entry, formula creation, and data analysis. Experience with data management or inventory systems, preferably in the wholesale, auction, or automotive industries. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies in complex data sets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and manage data emails.
