Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed, providing timely and friendly responses. Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining real-time communication and keeping inventory volumes current. Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, providing efficient and courteous responses to resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our services. Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to perform tasks effectively. Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or GED required, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity. Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to work independently in a remote environment. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. Clear and articulate telephone voice, with minimal background noise or distractions. Experience with a multi-line phone system, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce. Upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role. Strong technical skills, with experience using data entry software, word processing, and other digital tools. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds, with prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
