The Role of the President and CEO The President and CEO will provide innovative and visionary leadership and day-to-day management of Philanthropy Ohio, reporting to the organization's Board of Trustees. Philanthropy and Nonprofit Sector Knowledge: Strong knowledge of philanthropy, the nonprofit sector, and related public policy issues, with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by philanthropic organizations. Financial Management and Fundraising: Demonstrated leadership in nonprofit financial management, budgeting, and fundraising, with a proven track record of securing resources and developing sustainable financial models.
