Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, virtual speech therapy sessions to K-12 students with a range of speech and language disorders, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs. Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop targeted therapy plans. Create and implement individualized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and objectives for each student. Foster collaborative relationships with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support network for our students. Maintain accurate, up-to-date progress reports, therapy records, and documentation to track student progress and inform therapy adjustments. Utilize our state-of-the-art teletherapy platform to deliver engaging, interactive online therapy sessions that captivate and motivate students. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited institution. A valid Georgia SLP license, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field. An active or the ability to apply for a Georgia Teaching Certificate, highlighting your versatility and qualifications. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP), while preferred, is not mandatory; we welcome candidates with a strong potential for certification. Previous experience working within a school setting is highly valued, though not essential; we're committed to supporting your professional growth. Proficiency in using technology and telehealth platforms, ensuring seamless delivery of virtual therapy services.
