About the Role We are seeking an experienced and friendly Virtual Receptionist to join our team in Georgia. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for thousands of businesses across the country, handling incoming phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced, high call volume environment from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls for thousands of businesses across the country, providing exceptional customer service and handling a high call volume environment. Communicate professionally and showcase your friendly personality to clients and customers. Navigate cloud-based technology to handle caller interactions using multiple screens. Have a can-do attitude while multitasking and working independently. Type detailed messages free of spelling and grammatical errors. Work in a quiet, distraction-free room at home, free from disruptions from kids, pets, etc. Reside in Georgia and have a reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps Upload. Essential Qualifications Excellent people skills (friendly and patient) and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment from home. Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk receptionist, or clerical position. Ability to multitask, work independently, and have a can-do attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot minor computer issues. Previous work experience at a call center is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply, as incentives are available for those who speak Spanish. Previous experience in a similar role, such as a Virtual Receptionist or Customer Service Representative. Knowledge of cloud-based technology and software applications.
