Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, video, and live chat, resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Utilize your home computer and internet connection to work remotely, ensuring seamless communication with clients and customers. Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to choose your own hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to blithequark's standards and guidelines for customer support. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Virtual Customer Support Representative with blithequark, you'll need: A minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment. A well-equipped home office with a reliable computer, internet connection, and headset. Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to navigate various software applications. A high level of professionalism and phone etiquette, with a customer-centric approach. Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary, with a flexible attitude. Willingness to undergo a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments. Technical Requirements To ensure seamless communication and optimal performance, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: CPU: i5 (or equivalent) or i7 recommended; no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors. Internet Download Speed: 5 Mbps minimum. Internet Upload Speed: 3 Mbps minimum. Network Latency: Max 250 MS latency. OS: Win 8.1 (64-bit) or Win 10 (64-bit). RAM: 4 GB minimum, 8 GB recommended. A home office setup with an ethernet cord connected to your computer. A desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks, iPads, or similar devices are not acceptable).
