You will be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Maintain customer accounts by updating account information Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats Meet personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotas Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Requirements Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with customer service software and technology Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills Experience working in a call center or customer service environment Certification in customer service or a related field Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
