Job Overview As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing empathetic support to our clients, navigating a range of post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications. This is not just about answering calls – it's about empowering our clients to find solutions that work best for them. You will be the voice of blithequark, working to build relationships with clients who reach out to us through inbound calls, chats, and messages. Key Responsibilities Exhibit reliability: Participate and commit to being available and on time for your full shift every day, ensuring we're prepared and available to help our clients when they need us most. Handle a high volume of calls: Manage an estimated 50-60 calls per shift, working in a fast-paced and highly organized environment with minimal downtime. Meet our superior performance bar: Strive to exceed customer satisfaction and succeed in meeting client care proficiency metrics and other obligations as assigned. Professionally connect with clients: Utilize your passion for people to build relationships with clients, addressing concerns and providing solutions through inbound calls, chats, and messages. Listen effectively and show compassion: Actively listen to understand client concerns, leveraging internal resources to find the best solution and fully address their issue. De-escalate client concerns: Use your peace-making skills to balance the needs of the client with the options available from the business, remaining calm and composed in all interactions. Issue tackle: Think systematically to solve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts. Be educated and multitask: Navigate multiple programs, tabs, tools, and separate orders to quickly and effectively answer questions, demonstrating proficiency in computers and a willingness to learn new programs. Elevate fundamental issues: Identify areas where improvement is needed for blithequark clients and share any patterns with leadership, contributing to our ongoing growth and development. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Virtual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you must: Be at least 18 years old. Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Be able to read, write, and understand Spanish and English. Have knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent. Commit to our 100% mandatory training program, ensuring your success in this role. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Proficiency in multiple languages (in addition to Spanish and English).
