Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: Compassionately assisting customers with post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications Handling a high volume of calls (approximately 50-60 per shift) in a fast-paced, highly organized environment Meeting our superior performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction and achieving customer care proficiency metrics Professionally connecting with customers, building relationships, and addressing concerns via inbound calls, chats, and emails Effectively listening to and understanding customer concerns, utilizing internal resources to find the best solution De-escalating customer concerns, using peace-making skills to balance customer needs with business options Thinking systematically to resolve customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach Multitasking, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and separate orders to quickly and effectively answer questions Identifying areas for improvement and offering suggestions to leadership to enhance the customer experience Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should: Be at least 18 years old Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Be fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) Have experience working with Windows Operating Systems or similar Be available to attend our 100% mandatory training program Be willing to pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the screening process Preferred qualifications include previous customer service experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a remote environment.
