As a Virtual Customer Service Lead, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to provide top-notch support and ensuring that their customers receive the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities** As a Virtual Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for managing the following key responsibilities: * **Managing Google Drive/Docs**: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our Google Drive and Docs, ensuring that all files are up-to-date and easily accessible. * **Managing Helpscout (Customer Service Email Platform)**: You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, responding to emails and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * **Managing and Organizing Kajabi (or Similar CRM Platform)**: You will be responsible for managing and organizing our Kajabi platform, ensuring that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date. * **Managing Zapier**: You will be responsible for setting up and managing our Zapier integrations, ensuring that all automated workflows are running smoothly. * **Managing a Custom Built Backend Site for Our App**: You will be trained by our client on how to manage our custom-built backend site, ensuring that all technical aspects are handled efficiently. * **Managing Apple Connect**: You will be responsible for managing our Apple Connect account, ensuring that all App Store-related tasks are completed in a timely manner. * **Managing Google Play Console**: You will be responsible for managing our Google Play Console account, ensuring that all Google Play Store-related tasks are completed in a timely manner. * **Managing Test Flight (App Testing)**: You will be responsible for testing and ensuring that our app is functioning correctly, identifying and reporting any issues. **Requirements** To be successful as a Virtual Customer Service Lead, you will need to possess the following requirements: * **Experience in Project Management/Customer Service Lead**: While not mandatory, experience in project management or customer service lead roles is a plus. * **Detail-Oriented**: You must be highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and organization. * **Strong Skills Organizing Data**: You must be able to organize and manage large amounts of data efficiently. * **Excellent Communicator**: You must be an excellent communicator, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner. * **Tech-Savvy**: You must be highly tech-savvy, with experience in managing various platforms, tools, and systems. * **Intuitively Organized**: You must be intuitively organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. * **Self-Starter**: You must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. **Benefits** As an independent contractor, you will not be eligible for benefits.
