Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve success Take ownership of customer requests, navigating through complex situations, and resolving issues efficiently Actively listen to customers, understanding their underlying needs, and positioning appropriate solutions based on their requirements Develop a deep understanding of our suite of products and services, including digital, face-to-face, and high net worth offerings Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and identify opportunities for growth Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, skills, and experience that align with our requirements.
