As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will work from the comfort of your own home, collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position requires a flexible schedule, which may involve working outside of normal business hours, and you must be able to adapt to changing business requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and effective communication Carefully identify the answers to the questions you expect our customers to have in each interaction, providing personalized support and solutions Take a hands-on approach to solve any problem, learning from beginning to end, or separating pharmacists from pharmacists if clinical advice is needed Deliver the best service experience to our customers as we operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that we maximize our relationship with them Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs Provide technical assistance to our customers while browsing our website Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring that we build long-term relationships with them Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Must live in the state of Arizona High school diploma or equivalent More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills A high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or cable to the home (Fios or Fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps download The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (i.e., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and able to give full attention to the client during work hours Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email Communication skills (spoken and written) Experience working in a customer service or call center Work experience in the medical field Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards Demonstrated ability to work in a team Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Proficiency in computer and web applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
