Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service to Amazon's clients via phone, email, and online platforms, addressing their questions and concerns related to billing, insurance, products, or services Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner Proactively identifying solutions to potential customer issues, taking ownership of each problem from start to finish, and escalating to pharmacists or pharmacy staff when necessary Delivering top-tier customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive Assisting customers with their insurance and copay-related queries, as needed Providing technical support to customers navigating pharmacy.amazon.com Serving customers promptly and efficiently, ensuring that all interactions are focused on building long-term relationships Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Currently reside in the state of Utah Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have at least 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices Have experience multitasking with phone and computer skills Have a dedicated broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload Be able to adjust your schedule regularly (every 6 months), with a 2-week notice period Be able to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions, with the ability to dedicate complete focus to customers during work hours Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 1+ years of significant phone or email customer support experience Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) Experience working in a customer support or call center environment Experience working in a healthcare setting Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced workplace while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using computers, software applications, and internet platforms Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Amazon, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
