Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with various aspects of our short-term rental operations. Your primary focus will be on property management, including platform management and guest communications, housekeeping coordination, arranging amenities, and addressing guest issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also process reservations and provide accurate information about our properties and the neighborhoods our guests are visiting. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities Guest and reservation management: Respond to guest inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure that all guest needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Virtual property management: Coordinate with housekeepingogle cleaning services, schedule and manage cleaning appointments, and ensure that our properties are always ready for guest arrival. Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with our cleaning partners, ensuring that our properties are cleaned to the highest standards. Address guest issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guest issues are resolved promptly and to the guest's satisfaction. Process reservations and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods: Ensure that all guests receive accurate and up-to-date information about our properties and the areas they will be visiting. Success Metrics To be successful in this role, you will be expected to maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries, resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency (less than 3 hours or ASAP), and contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher. Your ability to work independently, think creatively, and make sound decisions will be essential in achieving these success metrics. Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience: In-depth knowledge of the short-term rental or hotel industry, including property management, guest communications, and conflict resolution. Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours: Ability to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with flexibility to respond to guest inquiries and issues outside of regular working hours. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience with Airbnb customer service: Familiarity with Airbnb's platform, policies, and procedures, including guest communications, reservation management, and conflict resolution. Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed: Tech-savvy, with experience working with various software applications, including property management systems, communication tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
