Required Skills and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the vacation rental or hotel industry. 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly. Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English, with excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy.
