Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver software development kits (SDKs) and related products for innovative projects, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality output. Build, test, document, and maintain software systems, working closely with stakeholders from Product, Design, and Data Science departments to meet project requirements and exceed customer expectations. Identify potential risks and dependencies in projects, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery. Break down complex technical initiatives into actionable engineering tasks, prioritizing and managing your workload to meet project deadlines. Participate in code reviews, contributing to the growth and improvement of the codebase by ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. Engage in frequent knowledge transfer and occasionally lead lunch and learn sessions within your area of specialization, promoting best practices and a positive engineering culture. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering organization focused on building large-scale consumer-facing products, with a strong track record of delivery and innovation. Strong knowledge of Unity and C# programming, with at least 3+ years of experience in Unity 2D development and a deep understanding of the underlying technologies. Familiarity with mobile monetization and mobile attribution, particularly with SKAN, and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in these areas. Proficiency in native mobile development (Android and/or iOS), with the ability to design, develop, and deliver high-quality mobile applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively analyze complex technical problems and lead implementation. The ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure, such as AWS or Google Cloud. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git. Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies, such as TDD or BDD.
